A brand sprouted from a desire to spread love and vitality.
Mighty Little Microgreens is a YYC local urban farm that prides itself on growing microgreens with organic non-GMO seeds in 100% organic soil. Bringing a sense of connection, wholesomeness and health to the local commmunity, all microgreens are grown and harvested with love. DevJeet and Katy, the founders of Mighty Little Microgreens, are focused on eating local and living a healthy lifestyle.
I wanted to reflect their wholesome, kind and playful demeanor in the brand. They started out as a hobby project that gifted out locally grown microgreens to family and friends. Word spread about these deliciously healthy sprouts and as demand grew, so did the business. You can now find Mighty Little Microgreens featured in local markets and shops for everyone to enjoy.

Character and colour
The sprout character was created to bring an element of playfulness of Mighty Little Microgreens. The business wanted to appeal to local families and create inclusive atmosphere where everyone would feel welcome. The bright colours and organic shapes used throughout the brand help bring that friendliness to life.
Hayley is very good at tuning into what her customers want in the overall feeling of their design that's very authentic and unique to them. The design she made for us felt very close to us on a personal level and I was very impressed at how she put it together. We really appreciated Hayley's work and the extra time she put in to ensure we were extremely happy with the end design!! 10/10 :)
